Once you arrive at the venue, you can place all your belongings in a locker. There are toilets if you want to use before starting your ride.
Later you will get to meet all the horses at the start in the stables and you are promptly matched to the right size of horse according to your ability, you are also given helmets with hair nets for hygiene purposes.
